With California and the Feds going through the back door to “dis-arm the masses”,regulating ammo sales is their best bet. That way it isn’t gun control/ You ain’t got ammo all you have then is an expensive stick or metal rock! Re-loading can/is also expensive for those on a tight shoe string but there one company that make an inexpensive re-loading kit. Now I have never used this product, don’t know them but in talking to folks that re-load it works and it is easy. Here the link to Lee Precision. I use several Lee kits as well as other makes. They will get the job done.
